In this episode, I celebrate the working session situation where the building development happens through memos. We have two developers, the user-builder and codex-the-agent. And they produce together a memo before codex-the-agent does the code. The user-builder is also interacting wih the codex-the-agent model using "jarvis" which is Wispr Flow software in Windows. From the conversation cycles, after the memo is produced and after code is produced, then they discuss, test, and run the cycle again.
The surprising thing in this reflection has to do with the idea that we may need to have different personas, or ask the model to let us put in this way, change the hat.
